Accounts are for grown-ups
A parent or guardian makes the account and sets up each child’s profile. Children never sign up.
Santa knows what you tell him
A nickname, an age, what they love and are proud of, the gifts Santa may mention and a surprise. Nothing else, and only for that call.
Honest about the magic
Santa’s voice and replies are generated by AI. The app says so too, so you always know.
No sound is kept
The call’s sound is not recorded. Its words are kept for a while, so we can make Santa better; the privacy policy says for how long.
Short, and yours to end
A call lasts up to five minutes, and you can end it at any time.
Delete it all
Settings → Delete account removes your account and every child profile.

The privacy policy and the terms of use are the ones you agree to in the app, always the version in force.
