How does a call with Santa work?
Add your child’s profile in the app, then tap Call Santa on the home screen. Santa greets your child by name, listens, and talks about what they love. A call lasts up to five minutes, and you can end it at any time.
Is it really Santa?
Santa’s voice and replies are generated by AI, shaped to be warm, gentle and full of Christmas cheer. The app says so too, so grown-ups always know.
What does Santa know about my child?
Only what you tell the app in your child’s profile: a first name or nickname, their age, what they love, what they’re proud of, the gifts Santa may mention and a little surprise. It is sent to Santa for that call only.
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. Add every child in Kids’ profiles and choose who is talking before each call. Santa uses that child’s details.
Are calls recorded?
No sound is kept. The words of the call are kept for a while so we can improve Santa. The privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.
What are North Pole Stories?
Short videos from the North Pole to watch together: some are free, others are bought once in the app and yours to watch any time, on any phone with your Apple ID. Many have a short preview to watch first.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open North Pole Stories in the app and tap Restore purchases. Purchases follow your Apple ID.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. Your account and every child profile are removed.
